Yes. Buyers are welcome to work with their own real estate agent when purchasing an LND home. Your agent can help coordinate with the LND sales team throughout the buying process.

Once your contract is signed, the focus shifts toward preparing you and your home for closing. Before closing, you'll complete any required third-party inspection, participate in a homeowner orientation with the LND Project Manager, and complete a final re-walk of the home before closing.

Move-in ready homes are completed and available for purchase. Coming soon homes are in progress or preparing to become available. Pending homes are already under contract with a buyer.
