Our Story
LND Homes began right here in the Triad, built by three founders who wanted to do residential construction the right way. Today we focus on homes, infill opportunities, and neighborhoods that fit the communities they belong to.
As we grow into larger communities, our intent hasn't changed. We stay close to the details, the people, and the process—so every home still gets the same attention it would if we were building just one.
